What to expect
Root refresh. Color is applied only to new growth, matched to your existing shade, then a gloss is pulled through the ends so everything looks like one color.
Full color. A new shade from roots to ends — permanent for full gray coverage, or demi-permanent for a softer, fade-friendly result with less commitment.
Natural-looking gray coverage. Sasha blends coverage with a little dimension so regrowth is softer and less obvious at week five.

Color questions
How often should I do a root touch-up?
Every 4–6 weeks for full gray coverage. If you're blending grays with highlights instead, you can stretch to 8–12 weeks.
Will you match the color I get at my current salon?
Yes. Bring a photo or your formula if you have it; Sasha keeps your formula on file after the first visit.
Is demi-permanent color good for gray?
It blends gray rather than fully covering it, and fades gradually with no line. Good if you're under 50% gray or want low maintenance.
